MedicScan PRO with Scanshell 2000NR scanner is an easy-to-use, powerful medical document scanning and archiving system for medical insurance cards and general A4 scanning purposes. It automates and speeds up the archiving process of medical insurance cards, effectively eliminating the time and efforts of manually typing insurance cards' information and scanning images. It also has a powerful and flexible database for storing the cards' images and data.

MedicScan PRO quickly and accurately captures the text and images of medical insurance cards from both sides of the card (scanning the card twice), and provides you with the card image and data, which can be easily inserted into the database. The data and images stored in the database can be sorted, retrieved according to various search criteria, printed in various formats, and easily and automatically exported to any other application, Email, FTP and the web. In addition, the database is packed with advanced features, allowing you to add notes and categories, automate processes, and fully customize the application.

General A4 scanning capabilities

In addition to medical insurance cards, MedicScan PRO with Scanshell 2000NR offers high quality A4 image capture at 600 DPI, providing unique medical document scanning convenience for both desktop and mobile use.
The Scanshell 2000N scanner, which has a small footprint, is attached to the computer's USB port, thus requiring no external power supply. It is bundled with extra software that offers great value at no extra charge, including DocShell for easy scanning, sharing and organizing of photos and documents.
